phase 1 is under construction, delivery of the keys is in September 2021.

phase 2 will start in September 2020 and delivery of the keys is in September 2022.

There is a choice of 152 apartments and 3 commercial units.

2-bedroom apartments: 110 m2 with living room, open plan kitchen, master bedroom with master bathroom, guest bedroom, family bathroom, large balcony (13,50 m2).

3-bedroom apartments: 145 m2 with living room, closed kitchen, master bedroom with master bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms, family bathroom, large balcony (25,0  m2).
